CUSTOMIZED, EXERCISE PRESCRIPTION AND REHABILITATION PROGRAMS

Exercise is one of the most important things for our body. Physical activity can not only help reduce the chances of stroke, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and certain types of cancers, but it can also help prevent joint and muscle pain.

Proper instruction on exercises and rehabilitation can provide patients with the tools to help themselves get out of pain and to prevent injuries in the future. Exercise is shown to help develop thicker cartilage in joints, and build strength in stabilizing muscles to help reduce joint reaction forces.
